Through remote or live appointments, we honor the style, shape and pace of gender-fluid, and transgender bodies.

Our in-person pin sessions are held in LGBTQIA celebratory spaces in Philadelphia, PA.

For those outside the Philadelphia area, we offer alterations by remote appointment with a measurement toolkit sent in advance.

Pin sessions are alteration sessions for pre-owned garments. By sharing your body measurements, we hem, contour or otherwise alter your clothes and accessories to honor your size and spirit.
While Pin Sessions occur at celebratory spaces in Philadelphia, while garment alterations are completed at our production studio in the Old Kensington area of the city.
The Pransome Project is dedicated to mending your relationship with clothes and by proxy, your perfect unicorn self.
The first alteration does not have to be free, but most clients use their “annual discount” which is a full body measuring session in exchange for a custom alteration. By sharing anonymized body size data, Pransome clients directly inform the garments we sell in our online shop launching late Summer 2024.

TransFixes are bulk alteration discounts with a garment assessment offered to existing clients. For a standard rate, Pransome staff identify pieces needing similar tweaks (usually 5 -7 garments) .
Pransome delivers to Philly locals, yo! At the end of your pin session, expect your haberdasher to confirm where and when they will drop off the finished product.
For remote alterations, we will mail your pieces through USPS.
